Jul 30, 2009 · How do I keep my task bar and toolbar from disappearing while browsing on the internet? I accidently pushed something and now when i open the internet my taskbar at the bottom goes away and my toolbar at the top only shows up if i move my mouse over it. how can i fix this? & they both say they are locked.
